  1. Introduction Welcome to One Artisans. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related communications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

  2. Who We Are One Artisans provides handcrafted rugs and professional flooring services, including consultations, installation, and deep fiber cleaning for residential and commercial interiors.

  3. Eligibility You must be 18 years or older and able to enter a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

  4. Account Registration and Security

  • Some parts of the Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for security reasons.

  1. Orders, Consultations, and Appointments

  • Product and service descriptions, pricing, and availability on the site are subject to change without notice.

  • Placing an order, scheduling a consultation, or booking an appointment constitutes an offer to purchase or receive services. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders or bookings at our discretion.

  • You will receive confirmation of accepted orders or appointments. Only accepted orders/appointments are binding.

  • For in-person services (installation, cleaning, consultation), you must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises and disclose any relevant conditions (e.g., pets, hazardous materials, delicate surfaces).

  • Cancellations and rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply for late changes or missed appointments; specific fees will be communicated at booking or in service quotes.

  1. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices may include taxes where required by law; you are responsible for any additional taxes, duties or fees applicable to your purchase.

  • Payment methods accepted will be displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time specified during checkout or in the service agreement.

  • We may charge deposits for custom orders, large projects, or scheduled services. Deposits are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in a written agreement or required by law.

  • For returned checks or failed electronic payments, you may be charged fees and any services/products may be suspended until payment is settled.

  1. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipped items, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. For in-person delivery to a premises, risk of loss passes upon successful delivery at the specified location.

  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Return, exchange, and refund policies vary by product and service. Policies for specific items or services will be provided at purchase or in a separate written agreement.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or specially ordered products are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For defective or damaged items, notify us promptly and provide evidence of damage. We will evaluate and, when appropriate, replace, repair, or refund per our policies and applicable law.

  1. Service Warranties and Limitations

  • We may provide limited warranties for workmanship, installation, and select products. Warranty terms are provided with the product or in the service agreement.

  • Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or events beyond our control.

  • EXCEPT FOR APPLICABLE WRITTEN WARRANTIES, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website and materials provided in connection with the Services (including images, text, designs, logos, and software) are the property of One Artisans or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • You may view and download content for personal, noncommercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written consent.

  1. User-Provided Content

  • You may provide feedback, photographs, reviews, or other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant One Artisans a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify,
